Android App Won't decrypt data in a pdf form generated by TurboTax

I went to look at a pdf file generated by turbotax using the android app and was I surprised to see that none of the fields that turbotax would fill in (name, ss code, etc) was visible. When I got home I looked at the pdf file in my boxcryptor folder and it was fine. I moved an unencrypted version of the file into my dropbox and it reads fine. All other pdfs read fine, only those pdf created by turbotax when viewed via the android app have a problem. ARe there types of pdfs that don't encrypt/decrypt well? Very bizarre problem.

Hi Labob246,

we are using an open source library to render PDFs.
It might be that this library can not handle these forms.

Please try to deactivate the Boxcryptor previewer via the Boxcryptor settings.
If you want to open a PDF you will be asked to choose an app to view the file.
Choose your PDF app - this should do the trick.
