Google Photos unlimited storage feature

Hello,

Great product!

I have created a new encrypted folder in Google Drive to upload photos.

I have noticed that because of .bc file extension, photos do not appear under Google Photos in Google Drive.

Therefore, I do not know if I am using Google's photo unlimited storage feature (photo resolution less than 16 megapixels).

How can I leverage Google's photo unlimited storage feature?

Hello,

I am afraid you will not be able to use the unlimited photo storage for encrypted images.

The encrypted files are only readable with Boxcryptor and your password. It is technically not possible for Google Drive to recognize the files as photos.
