please update first to the newest version (2.19.658).
If it's still crashing, please try to start Boxcryptor in debug mode (possible that the log file will be big in size, if it doesn't crash in a short time - but you can compress it, or upload it to a cloud service) and send us the logs to support@boxcryptor.com
