Hi,
I have various folders which are encrypted with Boxcryptor. The folders and all the files within these folders on the Boxcryptor drive show the green padlock.
But if I look at the corresponding drive for my cloud service, I've noticed that a small handful of the files in some of these folders do not have the .bc format and are unencrypted. I have tried deleting these files and then putting a new copy into the encrypted folder. But the same issue repeats itself (i.e they show as encrypted in the Boxcryptor drive but unencrypted in the cloud drive).
I could understand if all the files in a particular folder had this fault (as this would suggest that the folder is not encrypting for some reason). But I'm struggling to understand why some files in the same folder seem to be properly encrypted but others are falsely flagging themselves as encrypted when they are unencrypted.
Does anyone have an explanation, or suggestions as to how I can address this issue.
