Can't open any encrypted files

Using Boxcryptor I created an empty folder in my Google Drive and encrypted it. I then copied a bunch of files on my local PC and pasted them into this folder via Boxcryptor. They appeared to be encrypted on the fly (like I wanted) and have that green box on them.

But when I go to open any of them they all appear corrupted in their native applications. I am accessing them through Boxcryptor on my PC. Oddly, I *can* open them in BoxCryptor on my iPad.

I tried restarted both Google Drive and Boxcryptor. I also created a new folder, encrypted it and added a file. It properly encrypted it and I can open it. But the other folder that has all my real data seems filled with files I can't open.

How do I resolve this on my PC? This is where I really need to work with thee files.

What the heck? I fixed this and the problem has reoccurred. Is this software just full or errors or is it actually a stable product? How does one get problems resolved?

I deleted my prior encrypted folder I had in my Goodle Drive, created a new encrypted folder there using Boxcryptor, then copied my files into it again from a local backup I had. I was able to access these files once BoxCryptor was done so I deleted the original folder that would not let me open the files. Everything seemed good.

A few days have gone by and I needed to access one of those files. I went in via my Boxcryptor X drive and I am once again getting that same error that I can't open the file/appears corrupted.

Why is this occurring? Boxcryptor is of no use to me like this.

I am able to access my files via the Boxcryptor app on my iPad. I am not able to access the files via my PC, where I really need to do so. How does one get help here? I have been asking about this over a week.

Please send us a debug log (as described here: https://www.boxcryptor.com/help/faq-and-troubleshooting/windows/#how-to-create-a-debug-log) to support@boxcryptor.com referring to this forum thread.
Also please attach one of the inaccessible encrypted files (the .bc file), so it gets easier for us to track down the issue.

I edit the project.csproj. and re-open the solution the errors occurred: The operation failed as details for project xxx could not be loaded

I try delete obj & bin folder, clear the nuget cache by tool>options. but the error still exist.

Remark: the error do not occur each time, i just restart the project three times. the first and second is correct. but the third the error occur
