Hello.
I am a totally blind user and I recently came across your product. We run a company for the visually impaired in the UK called ViTech solutions and we are looking for a solution to secure customer data that is stored in dropbox. Short of hosting our own cloud solution, we wanted something that could be used across multiple devices with central management. I decided to try your free service first to see if I could sign in, then switch to your paid offering. Installation is fine and fully accessible. Unfortunately, when the software launches my screen reader is unable to read any of the options, especially the initial sign in screen. The software is not useable at all in it's current state when i try to tab and shift tab to elements, nothing is read out. I have tested your client both on windows7 and windows 10. Would it be possible for you to improve accessibility as a priority? To test your software, you can use built in software on windows called narrator, or a very popular screen reader called NVDA (www.nvaccess.org) that I am currently using. If it works with NVDA, then it will work with other screen reader products. We can then start recommending your software to other businesses looking for a solution to secure their data. I really hope you can help. Many thanks for reading.
