Boxcryptor with Google Drive from University

Dear friends,

Has anyone had trobule by connecting the Google Drive related to your university's e-mail with the Android Boxcryptor App?

I can use the Android App seamlesssly with my personal accounts but no my University's. Any tips? The thing might be that as space is unlimited I have around 250GB there and maybe it is too much to process I don't know ...
