I recently upgraded to paid from free. None of my files are readable. I think it's because I created a new Boxcryptor account instead of converting free local account?
I've contacted support, but haven't heard back in weeks! Really thinking of just canceling..
If you have used Boxcryptor with a free account (and your own key), your account wasn't converted to an online account, then you must decrypt all your previous encrypted files (with the local account) and re-encrypt them with the new account.
