A number of Windows programs no longer launch after installing BoxCryptor

I installed BoxCryptor 2.25.777 on a Windows 7 laptop and after that a number of programs I have installed would hang while launching such that the GUI never opened. Sometimes they would launch once and then never again until I rebooted my computer. After uninstalling BoxCryptor these programs started working again. These include Roboform, Microsoft's Process Explorer and Microsoft's AutoRuns.

I'm guessing it is the kernel driver. Is there a fix for this?
