Running Windows Live Mail via Boxcryptor

Hi - is it possible to transfer the "Store Folder" (all the emails, settings etc) for Windows Live Mail into an encrypted folder, and then operate the program from there without any issues? Obviously Boxcryptor will need to be running first before Mail is opened. Thanks
