Add provider

I'm sorry for an inane query, but I'm at a loss. The instructions state how to add a provider: click on 'add provider' and go to ' WebDav advanced'. I can find no way to do that. 'Add provider' simply gives the instructions without any other options.

select "Add provider", enter your credentials and the address of your WebDAV location and you should be fine.
