Since Boxcryptor is zero-knowlegde, we cannot send you your password since we simply don't know it.
You can start the "reset account procedure" during login: https://www.boxcryptor.com/app
Note that this will result in a COMPLETE DATA LOSS of ALL ENCRYPTED FILES, so if you are still logged in a app, I strongly recommend to export all your encrypted data locally (e.g. dragging them out of the Boxcryptor drive on Windows / macOS) beforehand.
