Yasmin, thanks for the information. I am having the same problem with google docs and sheets, but not other non google files like PDF's. So you are probably right. It is just weird that the same company's platform has no such problems opening the same google drive files on the windows PC version. It also has an android app, but this same app cannot open google docs, sheets, etc? Bizarre.
