License Key copied for local useage is not enabling personal - still free-ware modus

Dear community,

I'm using boxcryptor for local account. After 1Y the lic needs to be copied in again. This worked fine for serveral years, but now, the correct lic does not switch free-ware usage.

Did you also experience something like this.
BoxCryptor Support is not very usefull on this. Never had such a bad experience. Even not with India-Suppport ;-)
