Files not encrypted when using sync + annoying confirmation dialog in TotalCommander

Just installed BoxCryptor personal and I'm finding the following issues:
- Every time I copy a file with the FileExplorer or TotalCommander, I'm being asked if I want to encrypt the files. When I click 'Encrypt', the files are properly encrypted. Obviously, this is why I bought the software :-) Is there a way to disable this annoyiing popup?
- I'm using SyncBack for my backup but the files are *not* encrypted! Similarly, a simple copy command using the DOS prompt does not encrypt the files! Note that in both cases I'm not being prompted by the popup. I tried different mount options, but so far I haven't got it to work. Any hint?

Hello priand,

you won't be asked to encrypt if the parent folder is encrypted.
That means:

1. Create an encrypted folder.
2. Point your software to save to that folder.
3. Done.
