as far as I understand you, you are trying to open the Boxcryptor drive and then Windows Explorer crashes.
I am right?
If yes, then please contact us at support(at)boxcryptor.com by providing:
1. A debug log as described here:

In case that doesn't help, then:
2. A crash dump, collected with the "Debug Diag" tool from Microsoft (for the Windows Explorer process and eventually the Boxcryptor process):
