This is a follow up to case 85365 (3/20), but I can't seem to get a response from support
I’m running BC 2.27.977 on an iMac running Mac-OS 10.14.3.
My mobile devices are an iPhone and an iPad. Both are running BC 2.37.826 and IOS 12.1.4.
I signed up for a BC Personal license about a month ago. At that time I added Dropbox and OneDrive as storage vendors. I created an encrypted folder on OneDrive called Instruction Backups just to see how the system worked. I was able to access the encrypted folder & its files on the mobiles without problems and access/modify them on the iMac.
Last week I copied a number of folders to OneDrive and can see them just fine on the iMac (Pic2). When I look at BC on the mobile devices, all I see is the folder I added last month (Pic1) - none of the newer folders are visible at all.
I can't add the pic attachments to this but will e-mail to anyone who can help.
