Slowness in the display of green Boxcrytor icons in Windows 10 1903

Hi,

since i have updated to Windows 10 1903, there is a problem of display in the Explorer. Folders and files display fast and normally, but Boxcryptor green squares take several seconds to appear in the folder or file icon after the display of the list. This does not prevent the files from being used. The problem is the same for Onedrive, Dropbox and Icloud.
Did anyone encounter this problem?
