Local Account / Lost my Web account password

Hello,

I paid for renewal of the personal licence that I used using a local account.

I didn't receive any licence by email, and I suppose this new licence is available in my Web account space. But the problem is that i lost my Web account password.

My question is simple : If i reset my account, can I both retrieve my new licence and still decrypt and encrypt me files using my key and assocated passphrase ?
