My plan vanished...

I have a problem...

I have been a paid user since 2016.

As of today, Boxcryptor started putting advertising pop-ups on my screen. So I went to check what the heck changed.

Turns out, my account has been set to "Free".

No warning. No notice (yes, I checked my "spam" box).

Last email I have is my annual renewal from December 2018 (6 months ago).

Website also says "free".

App has lost the ability to enter my license code, so I can't even reset from there.

Can't submit a support ticket /email, since I am now marked as a "free" user.

What the heck happened? Is Boxcryptor going out of business?
