Bug after upgrading iOS 13 iPhone

I have been using Boxcryptor for a while, and recently I had upgraded my iPhone iOS from 12.4 to 13 developer beta, and since then I am not able to use Boxcryptor app on my iphone, the files are showing as a files, all carrying the same name (Documents) and can't be opened at all.
I even tried to add new files from my iCloud, but unfortunately I am getting a message indicating that file upload failed.
Anyone her experienced this issue here?

actually, Betas are officially not supported.
As far as I see, you have also sent us a support ticket, am I right?
If so, please check your emails.

On the other hand, you can please check to see if the issue persists with another Cloud too?

Thank you Yasmin, yes I sent you a support ticket, and already reviewed your email.
In regards for another Cloud, do you mean if the problem persist with another Cloiud by using Boxcryptor? or any other issue with any Cloud in general?

Thank you for the clarification.
I had deleted iCloud, and changed to Google Drive, then I tried to add a file from Google drive to a specific folder in Boxcryptor, but again unfortunately the folder remains empty, nothing was transferred to, although the app asked me if I want to Encrypt the file, I clicked yes but nothing was transferred.
(I think) the issue is related to a permission that Boxcryptor is not gained, and maybe if this is the case, and since you are a developer for Boxcryptor, you will need to contact Apple to find a fix in order for Boxcryptor to be compatible with iOS 13.

How be warned MACOS Catalina does NOT work with Boxcryptor

Any plans when Boxcryptor (Beta) for MAC-OS Catalina will be available?

Dear Yasmin,
Just after the 3rd iOS 13 beta, the problem is still present.
To help you solving the issue, I noticed that Boxcryptor is failing to refresh iCloud, because once I click on the iCloud to open the containing files, the app is giving this message (Failed to referesh 'iCloud'
I think there is something in iOS 13 is preventing Boxcryptor to log into the iCloud

Will BC be adding local storage option to ios 13?
