New file created in Word for iPad. Attempted to save to Amazon Drive. Top level Amazon Drive icon visible in iPad Files, but the encrypted folder is not. Get an error that says must go to BoxCryptor to authenticate. BoxCryptor (Free version) is open and all Amazon Drive files are visible. How does one save a Word file to Amazon Drive in iOS using BoxCryptor?
I fixed it. Something was corrupt in my BoxCryptor app install. I deleted the BoxCryptor app from my iPad, restarted, reinstalled the app, signed in again, and then it worked.
