Boxcryptor on multiple macs

I own a MBP with 500 GB ssd and my Dropbox folder are placed on an external HD. I womder how can I operate with my Dropbox files
1) on the same MBP w/o take avay the external HD
2) on a different Mac w/o have ti create a Dropbox folder ...
