Boxcryptor preferences not persisted across signout

Hi there,

I am using Boxcryptor with a local account sync'ing with iCloud.
I need to access the files on both a Mac & iPad - so I change the Boxcryptor preference from iCloud drive to just iCloud.

If I then sign out of Boxcryptor & log in again with the local account the preference setting is lost.

Why is this not persisted & is there a way to save?

Hello wonboyn,

when signing off, all settings will be reverted to factory defaults - which makes sense, in case one wants to sign in with a different account.
There are no plans to change this.
