Hi all,
Just yesterday I installed the paid version of Boxcryptor. Win10 x64 desktop. I am noticing something odd:
WHILE the Boxcryptor application is running (system tray icon) in the background, I open up a new Explorer window. At that time, on opening, ALL of the desktop icons get refreshed ( they first turn blank, then they return to their previous state). This happens even 2x after one another!
BUT.. when I totally close Boxcryptor (not what I want of course), I mean totally from memory, this refreshing of icons does NOT take place. Therefore, it HAS to do with Boxcryptor.
So what can I do to stop this behaviour?
Somehow Boxcryptor + starting Explorer is not a good match ?

Please note: I have already purged the icon.db complete from the windows \Temp directories. That does not solve a thing, unfortunately.
