Error code 0X80070052

Hi all,
Following problem with boxcryptor. I created a folder in Dropbox and shared with my team. Then created a subfolder and encrypted with boxcryptor. I provided permissions to that subfolder to the team but if they want to load sth into that folder through boxcryptor they get an error code 0X80070052. If I load sth in there it works just fine but then the others cannot open that file through boxcryptor. If they drop a file directly through Dropbox it works fine but it is not encrypted. Any ideas what’s going on?

I am having similar issue with same error number when I want to create a new folder in boxcryptor on my local machine! Talking to support team did not solve the issue and they did not get back to me for last 11 days. I am very disappointed as I have done everything they told me!

Sorry for the delay.

Please download the newest version from our webpage (2.40.1416).
If still doesn't work, then disable the advanced settings (trashcan + others) and try again.

On the other hand: do you have any "special" software installed on your PC? Like antivirus, etc.?
