Error message when trying to find Word file in Boxcryptor

I'm trying to edit an encrypted Word file using Word on iOS (iPad Pro 9", iPadOS 13.1.2), and failing to even reach the file.

The file is in Dropbox and Dropbox is added as a location in Boxcryptor.

Following the instructions on this page: https://www.boxcryptor.com/en/help/quickstart/ios/ I open Word, select More on the Open tab and select Boxcryptor in Locations.

I see a screen with Boxcryptor at the top, a search bar just below that, and a message in the middle of the screen "Content unavailable" "The folder contents could not be displayed because of an unknown error." "Try again"

Clicking Try again, just refreshes the screen with the same content.

If close Word and open Boxcryptor directly, and navigate to DropBox, the encrypted file I want to open in Word is there, I can open it and see the text, but it is read only and I have no search capability because I'm not viewing it with Word.

What steps must I take to get past "Content unavailable", please?

I sent an email about this as there was no reply here. I received the following advice, which worked:

"Can you please try the following:

completely remove Boxcryptor from your device
Restart device
Reinstall Boxcryptor: https://www.boxcryptor.com/en/download/
Reintegrate locations
once in the location navigate to the desired files

And now again open Word → select More on the Open tab, → Locations → More → select Boxcryptor. This action is only necessary at initial usage, to add Boxcryptor as a location."
