Mac OS X Catalina Upgrade

I was running Boxcryptor under Mac OS X Mojave and just upgraded to Catalina. I had my DropBox folder encrypted in Boxcryptor. After the upgrade, Dropbox was no longer set up in Boxcrytor, which had one iCloud folder (Pictures) in it. The files in my DropBox account are still encrypted. Can I just move DropBox back into Boxcryptor and have it work? Or do I need to do something more?

Personally I just linked the account to get back access to my files. No issue except a shutdown of my system caused by Boxcryptor application.
