Administrator approval required to connect Onedrive

Hi,
when I start on Windows or the app in Android, I can no longer connect to Onedrive!
The connection has already worked. Now I get the following message.

Administrator approval required

Boxcryptor for Windows
Boxcryptor for Windows requires access to resources in your organization, a privilege that only an administrator can grant. Ask an administrator to grant permission for this app to use the app.

I am the admin and find no attitude in Onedrive setup here to approve anything.

Can one help here?
