The Manage Locations screen shows my Dropbox folder, which was automatically detected and added. It's working perfectly. But I'm wondering what the "Link" button is to the right of it. When I click it, a window pops up saying the following: Access to Dropbox required If you want to securely transfer files with Whisply, Boxcryptor needs access to your Dropbox. If you want to securely transfer files with Whisply, Boxcryptor needs access to your Dropbox.
Do you want to link Dropbox to Boxcryptor?

What happens if I click Yes? How does it work differently to the way it is already working? Is it recommended?
I don't intend to use Whisply at all.

The "link" buttons are for linking Boxcryptor to Whisply (another product from us).
Linking the clouds is needed, if you want to send encrypted links from within the Boxcryptor drive.
That's the reason an authorisation pop-up is displayed.
