I'm having troubles uploading to google drive on Android. Small txt files work but a 280 meg file fails. Tried other files and it does the same thing. Looks like the encryption works but it starts the upload and fails after a couple seconds and nothing is actually saved to the Google drive. It works fine saving to OneDrive or using a pc. Have also joined the beta and that version also doesn't work. Any ideas?

I am getting the same thing now. For me it seems to have started last week. I have force closed the app, restarted my phone, cleared Cache for boxcryptor, and cleared Data.

Glad it's not just me. Just started using the software so wasn't sure if it's a permissions issue that I needed to set.
Weird that small files have no issue.
JasonBrr yeah same here. I just uploaded a 38KB file fine but a 5MB acts like it is uploading then disappears. I check my activity feed and it just says upload failed.

Is there an ETA on the update that will correct this problem?
am using Samsung Galaxy S10 (Android 9) and the 'scan to drive' feature. It worked fine on my S7 which I just upgraded to the S10, so the problem is either Android or something related to Google in the past 3 weeks ... which are all Google assets.
