I try to encrypt my cloud files but when I put a normal cloud folder in a crypted folder, it refuses and says " This folder has different Boxcryptor authorisations from the destination "Encrypted Folder", and can not be pasted or moved. The correspondance of authorizations during these operations is only possible with desks applications"
I am a beginner in this kind of things, could you please answer with simple words ?
