There is a file formally encrypted by Boxcryptor in GDrive (the name is obscured) which is not listed in the Boxcryptor folder containing the GDrive files on my Windows 10 desktop. How to solve this problem?

HI, do you have the necessary permissions to open the files? There is an option in the security tab of the settings to hide files you can not access.
It is not checked off, so assume it should not be hidden.
I got a message that peterpro2 posted a response, but I don't see it.
What is with this place? Now got a message from coopar128, but don't see it. Glad I'm using free version. Can't see or decrypt my former encrypted files and don't see forum messages.
jax200 Hello. The message from coopar128 was SPAM.
Please send us a debug log (reproduce the issue) to support@boxcryptor.com https://www.boxcryptor.com/en/help/faq-and-troubleshooting/windows/#how-to-create-a-debug-log
Best, Yasmin
