search/ find (list of) unencrypted files

I created a folder with many subfolders on one drive. The main folder and the subfolders were encrypted with boxcryptor.

From time to time i notice that files are stored unencrypted in one drive (by user mistake). Is there a possibility to scan the boxcryptor drive for unencrypted files in order to encrypt them afterwards? E.g. via command line / search for attributes?

maybe I expressed myself miserably: With "one drive" I mean a "Microsoft OneDrive"

Do you use a Mac? If so, I use hazel to spot the unencrypted files and flag them to easy identification. Then search for that particular flag and manually encrypted. I also use Hazel to move the files to the encrypted folder in BC. It would much easier if it BC provides a built in functionality to encrypt files added to a encrypted parent folder.
