When I copy a folder of files into the Boxcryptor drive (Windows 10) to sync up to my Google Drive account, they copy correctly. After they sync to the cloud I compare the encrypted copies with the originals on my hard drive, and they match up identically as they should.
However, if I log out of Boxcryptor or exit the program on my PC, once I re-open Boxcryptor and log back in and check the encrypted files, the file properties have all changed. The file sizes are all larger than the originals. This creates an issue for me because when I run a folder comparison of the original and the encrypted back up, I can not tell which files need to be updated. The comparison shows that they ALL have changed and need to be updated. This means hours and hours of re-syncing because I have about 20TB of data that I encrypt and sync. This problem does not happen after I shut down my PC; only after I log out or exit the Boxcryptor program.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
