I have never had this happen before. I used the Boxcryptor app about 11 hours ago yesterday, and this did not happen.
I have a Samsung Galaxy J3.
When I clicked to open the Boxcryptor app an hour ago I got a message saying
"Device Security Required.
Device security is not set up. In the security settings of your device, activate at least the pattern unlock or PIN / password protection to unlock Boxcryptor."
I already had a password set up to open Boxcryptor. I never saw a screen before telling me I had to have one, I choose to have one.
Anyway, I went to my phone settings to enter a password when I start up my phone.
I restarted my phone and entered the password to open my phone. It worked, my phone opened after I typed it. Then I clicked on the Boxcryptor app. They asked me for the password. I entered the password that I set to open my phone (it's the same password I used to open Boxcryptor before I had this weird issue.) Then it takes me to the
"Device Security Required.

screen and the screen freezes.
I don't know why this is happening.
