Cannot save or add a file to Boxcryptor directory

I'm using the latest version of Boxcryptor (2.37.1057) on my Windows 10 home and work PC. Both are running the latest version of Windows. On my work PC, everything is OK. But on my home PC, I can no longer create, save, or move files to the Boxcryptor directory. When I try to create or copy/move a file to the directory, I get an error (windows error dialog) that the item could not be found. This just started happening within the last couple of days. Does anyone have a suggestion? I did run Boxcryptor in debug mode and have log files...

Oliver, the problem I was originally having seems to have fixed itself after a reboot but now I have a different problem. When I try to open files on the Boxcryptor virtual drive I get OS errors. For instance, when I try to open a pdf file I get the error "There was an error opening this document. The parameter was incorrect". The same document on my work machine which is also using boxcryptor works. Trying to open an excel file results in the error "Excel cannot open the file because the file format or the file extension is not valid". Again this file opens correctly on my work machine. It seems I can't open any files that have been encrypted. Files that are not encrypted work correctly
