Can't copy files to Boxcryptor directory with Finder

I can't copy or move files to the local Boxcryptor directory with Finder (macOS Mojave 10.14.6, Boxcryptor 2.32.1010). It's only possible with the command-line tools cp and move in the terminal.
Any ideas how to configure Finder to allow copying to the Boxcryptor device?
