Help! I accidentally uninstalled my authenticator app

I have upgraded my phone and uninstalled all apps in my old phone. Now I did not realize that I need to have the authenticator key when logging in to my account. I did not know where my secret key is. How can I access my account?

we can disable the 2 factor authentication but we will have to verify your identity first.

Just send a mail to support@boxcryptor.com ,schedule an appointment and we will verify your ID via web cam.
Appointments are available Monday to Friday 9 to 5 central European time.
If you include your preferred appointment in your mail we can book it right away (if it is available).
