are all files you want to migrate synchronized with OneDrive?
In this case all you have to do is setting up OneDrive , synchronize with the Cloud on the new workstation and install Boxcryptor. Once you signed into your Boxcryptor account you will have access to your files.
Any files that are not synchronized with the cloud have to be moved manually. Boxcryptor itself does not synchronize any files. This is done by the software of your cloud provider so you can check the OneDrive web interface to see if you got everything you need.
ON-Demmand Files
Boxcryptor works with the local copies of your files so you will have to download them in order to access them.
On-Demand files are supported by Boxcryptor but the files will be downloaded when you open them.
Changing the active cloud provider
The free version is limited to one active provider at a time, but you can always switch which provider is currently active.
OneDrive is usually the first cloud provider Boxcryptor detects on windows systems since it is usually pre installed. If this is not the case and you are using the free version you might have to deactivate whatever provider Boxcryptor detected instead. Open the Boxcryptor settings click on the checkbox of the provider you do not want to remove the check-mark and then click on the checkbox next to OneDrive.
