Not enough storage space on Boxcryptor

So I have Boxcryptor linked to my cloud, which currently has 1TB of free storage space. When I try to move a folder (5GB) in Windows Explorer from my computer's hard drive into the cloud (OneDrive) folder within Boxcryptor, I get an error message saying that there's not enough storage space on Boxcryptor to complete the transfer. I'm stumped... An help would be greatly appreciated.

The Boxcryptor drive stores any data in the original location and leaves the synchronization to the software provided by your cloud provider.

The Boxcryptor drive is a virtual drive and allows us to intercept read and write operations and decrypt and encrypt the data on the fly.

If you put anything into X:/OneDrive the data is stored in your OneDrive folder.

Check the file system type of the disk/partition where the original OneDrive is stored. If your drive is external, it is possible that it is FAT32, which limits file size to 4GiB. exFAT, NTFS or HFS+ have much, much higher limits.

Another reason this could be an issue is that to "move" a folder between a drive and boxcryptor that accesses OneDrive on the same physical drive, you will need to have double the available space, as only after the "move" operation is complete that the original file will be deleted (this applies, because you're "moving" between different volumes, virtual or not).
