Auto Encrypt new cloud files

If I add a file to an encrypted folder using the dropbox website, and that file is sync normally to my computer. Is there a way for boxcryptor to automatically notice it and encrypt it? It seems I have to right click and choose to encrypt the new file in the boxcyptor drive after it has been sync'd.

The client sided encryption is a key feature of Boxcryptor security concept.
Boxcryptor does not automatically encrypt files which where added outside Boxcryptor drive.

I would also be thankful if there was an option (that is, not a standard) to force a folder to be encrypted, no matter when or why the file was not encrypted in the first place.
