Hi,
you can move the files directly into the synchronized folder of your cloud provider.
For example if you are using Dropbox just put them in the Dropbox folder instead of X:\Dropbox.
If you right click on a file in your Boxcryptor Drive and pick the option "Boxcryptor -> Show original in ..." Boxcyptor will open the folder the encrypted files are stored in for this location.
