Sorting a folder by file property hangs boxcryptor

Having this problem intermittently. When I go to a dropbox folder via boxcryptor on my Windows 10 hp laptop, it occasionally just goes into a loop (green bar on explorer) and process never completes (i.e. I have to close the window). Then I pretty much have to reboot my machine to get boxcryptor to be functional. Anyone else seeing this?

can you create a decug log and send it to support@Boxcryptor.com? In the best case the issue arissis while you are recording the log but even if it does not the log would be helpfull. When you create a debug log Boxcryptor will check the Windows event logs for any issues with Boxcryptor.
