Whisply not working with Google Drive

For some reason, I can't create Whisply links. I am using Google Drive and in the Boxcryptor app, I "linked" Google Drive to my google account and the app shows it is Linked. However, when I click on one of my encrypted files in Boxcryptor and select "Create Whisply Link", I get an error that says "Whisply only supports DropBox, Google Drive, and OneDrive." What am I missing here? I'm using Google Drive!

Wow, not one reply. This issue is still occurring. It sure would be great if I knew why.

Dear axel2078,

as AiJaPa correctly said, the file you want to send needs to be located on the Google Drive.
If the file is in your cloud, then please try to sign out and in your Google Drive again.
And you are still having the issue, then please create a debug log and send it to support@boxcryptor.com

The file you are sharing must be placed in the cloud you are using for sharing. E.g. you can not place a file in iCloud and share via Google Drive. If sharing via Google Drive the shared file itself must reside in the boxcryptor Google Drive container.
