In my opinion, the iOS Files app provides a much nicer interface than the official Boxcryptor app. However, the Boxcryptor integration is a little buggy. When deleting a file, the app jumps back to the Boxcryptor root folder. The same happens when using the Files app’s integrated document scan feature (go to folder in Boxcryptor, tap and hold somewhere in the blank area, context appears). This is especially annoying when scanning many files to the same folder.

Even worse - in my deeply nested folder structure, the jump back occurs in case there is an modification: a file was deleted, or a new folder created (using a different device) - this is really annoying.
Also: using the files app allows to open a file using the "native" app: e.g. a numbers doc is opened in numbers.
Using the Boxcryptor app, there is only a view mode - which makes this way of access senseless. Do I miss here something?

I am trying to use Files=>BoxCryptor=>iWriter to work on Markdown files.
There seems to be no way to Add a new file that BoxCryptor encrypts.
New files created in iWriter are not encrypted, and the iPad BoxCryptor app does not have a + button to add a file into a folder of encrypted files.
