Encrypted files have slightly bigger size than original files, so GoodSync sees them as files which needs to be updated. I did not find settings in GoodSync to ignore file size and focus on file name only.
Is there any software which can one way sync local directories (from local hdd to encrypted boxcryptor drive)?
