Hi All...!
So l have been using Boxcryptor for a couple of years now and all is perfect!!
Downloaded the Beta Version of MacOS on my laptop yesterday (and I KNOW THATS NOT SUPPORTED...Hear Me Out!!) and saw BoxCryptor was not working. I have BoxCryptor on my iMac which is running the normal Latest MacOS version perfectly, but power has gone out so have had to use my MacBook this morning. (Timing eh🙄🙄)
So l thought...no problems l will login to the online version and see if l can download the "unlocked" spreadsheet whilst waiting for power to come back up. HOWEVER. When l went to log in online it asks for Email and Password...all fine, but the it asks for 6 digit authenticator code. No Problems...I have Google Authenticator, so l go into that...see the BoxCryptor code...but the online system won't accept it...!! Now why would that be? No major drama as once power comes up l can log in via my iMac again but l definitely need to be able to gain access to my account in case the worst happens. Any suggestions please.? I can't even log a support call as I need to log into my account.
