I just joined Boxcrytor today and when I synced all of my files from Google Drive (including pictures, word docs, pdfs etc) and encrypted them, it deleted 90% of my files. Pictures, word docs ( not google sheet) and a lot of pdfs were not saved. None of them were online only documents.
Please explain the reason. Also if I want to delete my account, what would be the steps so that I won't lose any more files? Would decrypting them be enough?
