Failed to extract update - going from 2.34.1023 to 2.35.1024 on Mac

Hi - On macOS Catalina 10.15.6 MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2019, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports). Prompted to update... with no previous issues. Repeatedly gives "Update Error! Failed to extract update" with the only option being to "Cancel Update". Any help appreciated thanks, Peter

Further to this... My other MacBook Pro (15inch , 2017) says it is up to date running macOS Catalina 10.15.5.
It says that "You're up-to-date!" with Boxcryptor 2.33.1015. No problems on that one.
